RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aditya Bhardwaj, every garment is made, finished and quality-checked with care. Due to the nature of bespoke, customised and made-to-measure garments, our return and exchange policy is limited to the circumstances specifically mentioned below.

1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

A refund, return or replacement will be considered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered.

Customers must:

* Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Provide clear photographs and/or video of the package and the product as received.
* Retain the original packaging and tags until the issue is resolved.
* Not use, alter, wash, iron, repair or otherwise modify the product.

Any claim made after the stipulated period, or without sufficient evidence, may not be accepted.

If the damage or incorrect shipment is verified by Aditya Bhardwaj, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, exchange or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

2. RETURNS

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product has a genuine manufacturing/quality issue, an incorrect product has been shipped, or where Aditya Bhardwaj has specifically approved the return.

A return cannot be requested merely because the customer has changed their mind, does not like the colour, fabric or appearance, or has decided not to keep the product.

Products must be returned:

* Unused and unworn
* With original tags and packaging intact
* Without any stains, marks, alterations, washing or damage
* Within the return period communicated by Aditya Bhardwaj

Aditya Bhardwaj reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

3. EXCHANGE

Exchange may be offered in cases of:

* Incorrect size ordered or supplied, where the product is eligible for exchange
* Size-related issues
* Incorrect product shipped
* Other genuine issues approved by Aditya Bhardwaj

Exchange is subject to product availability, condition and approval by Aditya Bhardwaj.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange does not automatically guarantee a different product, fabric, colour or design. Any price difference arising from a different product or specification will be payable by the customer.

4. CUSTOM-MADE, BESPOKE & MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS

Custom-made, bespoke, customised and made-to-measure garments are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This includes garments made specifically according to the customer’s:

* Measurements
* Fabric selection
* Design selection
* Colour selection
* Style or construction requirements
* Personalisation
* Alteration requirements
* Special instructions

Once production has commenced, such orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to change of mind, incorrect preference, colour preference, fit preference or any other reason not attributable to a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect product supplied by Aditya Bhardwaj.

Where a genuine manufacturing defect or material production error is verified, Aditya Bhardwaj may, at its discretion, offer an appropriate resolution such as alteration, repair, replacement or another remedy.

5. ALTERED GARMENTS

Any garment that has been altered, modified, embroidered, personalised or otherwise changed at the customer’s request is not eligible for return, refund or exchange, except where a manufacturing defect is independently established.

6. SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

All sale, clearance, discounted and specially marked-down products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless the product is received damaged, defective or materially different from the order.

7. REFUNDS

Refunds are not available for change of mind, size preference, colour preference, styling preference or failure to like the product after delivery.

Where a refund is approved due to a verified damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped product, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and within the processing period communicated by Aditya Bhardwaj.

Shipping, alteration, customisation or other service charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

8. SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS

Where the issue is verified as an error or defect attributable to Aditya Bhardwaj, the applicable return shipping arrangement will be communicated by our team.

For approved size exchanges or other customer-requested exchanges, return shipping and/or reshipping charges may be payable by the customer, as applicable.

Aditya Bhardwaj is not responsible for products lost or damaged during a customer-arranged return shipment until the product is received by Aditya Bhardwaj.

9. INSPECTION & APPROVAL

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Aditya Bhardwaj.

Submitting a request does not automatically constitute acceptance of the return or exchange.

Aditya Bhardwaj reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy or where the claimed issue cannot be reasonably verified.

10. NON-RETURNABLE CATEGORIES — QUICK REFERENCE

The following are FINAL SALE:

* Bespoke garments
* Custom-made garments
* Made-to-measure garments
* Customised garments
* Personalised garments
* Altered garments
* Sale/clearance products
* Products specifically manufactured or modified according to customer instructions

These products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect product being supplied.

11. HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM

For any eligible return, exchange or damage claim, customers must contact Aditya Bhardwaj through the official customer service channel within the applicable period and provide:

1. Order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Photographs/videos clearly showing the issue
4. Photographs of the product packaging and tags, where applicable

Our team will review the request and communicate the next steps.

IMPORTANT

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

By placing an order with Aditya Bhardwaj, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
